The ranking covers 21 teams that have appeared in at least 3 seasons.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Findings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Moneyball index highlights <strong>Manchester United as one of the leagues least efficient spenders, based on<\/strong> points earned and trophy success.
